Your bidding decisions
You remain responsible for your estimates, pricing, proposals and decisions to bid or accept work. Bid screening and cost reviews support those decisions; they do not replace your review of project documents or contract terms. We do not promise a project award or a specific amount of revenue or profit.
The service guarantee
The commercial 90-day program’s bid-invite guarantee is described in the Guarantee Terms. It concerns qualified bid invitations, not winning projects or earning a particular margin. Any engagement is governed by your separate written agreement; this disclaimer does not change the guarantee wording shown on this site.
Illustrative examples
Charts and sample screening summaries labeled illustrative show how the process works. They are not actual client results or a forecast for your business. Your trade, market, capacity and follow-through affect outcomes.
